VANILLA: COVID-19 Vaccination Appointment System
Our latest service, VANILLA is a vaccination appointment system created specifically for the urgency of COVID-19 vaccine distributions. Vaccine providers can use the intuitive system to create online clinic sign-ups, define automated email and text message reminders for registrants, and easily track and update patient appointment details.
COVID-19 Dashboards for School Districts
Our COVID-19 Dashboards are designed for school districts to keep parents and the community informed of COVID-19 updates. Our interactive charts display daily absence rates with detailed breakouts of COVID-19 positive cases and amounts of quarantined students and staff members. The dashboards are easy for staff members to update through our Neapolitan Labs for Education platform.
County Government Website Improvements
When COVID-19 restrictions limited public access to county services, we worked with county governments to improve communication with the public through their websites. Improvements included dynamic homepages displaying news and announcements, quick links to popular pages, and a robust search function. These features were built into both Crawford County’s and Jones County’s new websites, launched last year.
Custom-Built County Election Websites
County Auditor’s faced a challenging task in 2020, providing residents with voter information amidst new COVID-19 procedures. Our election websites provided a resource for residents to access election information and quickly find answers to their questions about absentee voting and polling locations. In addition, our Mint Chip Lab platform makes it simple to update website content, post alerts, and publish news and announcements.
